HOLIDAY CLOSURE: The Health & Fitness Center will be closed on Sunday, April 17th, in observance of Easter.

Swimming the English Channel with Karen Zemlin

Join YWCA St. Paul Health & Fitness Center and swimmer Karen Zemlin, who recently completed the 21-mile challenge of swimming the English Channel!

Zemlin, who swam the Channel in just 10 hours and 17 minutes, holds the third fastest crossing time for 2019 and the second fastest by any swimmer age 50 or above ever! In addition to sharing her record-setting experience, Zemlin will dive into tips for turning worries into confidence, developing a practice of gratitude, and becoming aware of your weaknesses and learning how to overcome them.
