Jessica Fowler

As Assistant Director of Maintenance and Facilities at the YWCA, Jessica Fowler provides overall facilities and compliance management for YWCA St. Paul Supportive Housing Properties, Administration Building, and Health & Fitness Center.   

Jessica has over 20 years of experience in program, property, and compliance management of nonprofit community organizations working in housing, employment, youth, and social justice.

Jessica has been a leader in programs, policy, and curriculum development, creating housing models for youth with disabilities and national housing presentations.  She is trained and certified in providing dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and building community partnerships. 

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Conflict Resolution with a Minor in Psychology from Metropolitan State University, St Paul, MN. Jessica is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Harm Reduction, Trauma Enforced Care, and Positive Youth Development.

New Extended Hours Starting April 13!

Beginning Monday, April 13, the Health & Fitness Center will return to our 10:00 PM closing time Monday through Friday.

For the safety of our members and staff, YWCA St. Paul will be closed on Sunday, March 14 due to the statewide winter storm warning and potentially hazardous travel conditions.

Due to severe weather conditions in our area, we have adjusted our operating hours to prioritize the safety of our members, staff, parents, and program participants.
Updated Hours:
  • Thursday, January 22: Gym closes early at 7:00 PM
  • Friday, January 23: Closed all day
  • Saturday, January 24: Reopens at 12:00 PM
