COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic: May 11, 2022

Protect yourself against COVID-19! Sign up for our vaccine clinic on May 11 with United Family Medicine inside our Health & Fitness Center. Both Moderna and Pfizer booster vaccines will be available at the clinic, which you can select during registration.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that everyone ages 5 years and older get their primary series of COVID-19 vaccine, and everyone ages 12 years and older also receive the 1st booster. You’re eligible for a 2nd COVID-19 booster if you:

  • Are 50 years of age or older AND got your first booster at least 4 months ago
  • Are moderately or severely immunocompromised
  • Are 12 years of age or older AND got your first booster at least 4 months ago
  • Received 2 doses of the Johnson & Johnson/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine at least 4 months ago
