YWCA St. Paul (YWCA) owns and manages nine buildings providing affordable housing to families in our supportive housing program. These older buildings (built between 1920-1940) in the City of St. Paul require capital investment to ensure they remain safe homes that meet all regulatory requirements.
Significant repairs are needed at YWCA’s main office where its supportive housing, employment and youth development programs operate. Built between 1885 and 1951, this site requires multiple repairs to support continued operation of YWCA programs and services that meet critical needs in the community.
