Take Time for Self-Care | Dec. 16

We all know this has been an incredibly stressful year, full of many unforeseen challenges. And the holiday season adds a large amount of anxiety to many as well.

To encourage you take some time to care for yourself, we invite you to a wellness and self-care workshop, which will include yoga and mindfulness strategies led by Marjorie Grevious. This is our gift to you, as a thank you for your support this past year and beyond.

Please have a pen and something to write on available for your use. We also encourage you to have a “comfort object”- pillow/blanket – anything that inspires comfort for you.

We will resume our monthly Equity & Justice Conversation Series in January. Please watch for details on upcoming conversations on our website and social media.
