Youth Spotlight – A Q&A with Aaliyah Hunter

Aaliyah Hunter Now that you’ve completed your work placement with YWCA St. Paul, what’s next?

I just want to graduate and be successful. I am on track to graduate in December.

What are your career or academic aspirations?

I want to go into graphic design or become a tattoo artist. I plan to do carpentry first to fund my dreams.

What’s one thing people can’t tell just by looking at you?

That I’m nice. People think I’m mean for some reason, but really, I’m just shy. I like to make people laugh, positive vibes.

Favorite Quote: Stay true to self” -Bryson Tiller

Hobbies: Drawing, playing basketball, and ‘trying’ to make music!
