Specialties: Sport-Specific Training & Conditioning, Strength and Conditioning
Experience: One-on-one and small-group personal training, fitness coaching, and coaching high school basketball and baseball.
I played every sport growing up on the east side of St. Paul, and I love helping people and I love becoming immersed within a community. I truly believe that trainers and fitness instructors can help people become the best versions of themselves, not just physically, but mentally as well. I am looking forward to getting to know as many members as possible on a one-on-one basis, and teaching group classes with high tempo strength and cardio components.

I look at training like a savings plan for life. It’s something that you diligently invest in so that one day you can make a withdrawal. The investment improves your health, helps you live longer and allows you to enjoy the quality of life you deserve. My goal is to have my clients achieve their very best and get the most out of their lives. Our bodies adapt quickly. With more physical activity, our strength and energy increase. We feel stronger, less tired and less depressed. Most importantly, we feel confident in our daily lives, are more productive and better able to handle life’s stresses. I love seeing my clients grow stronger, more confident and more successful.

Yoga & Pilates
With private yoga or Pilates sessions, work one-on-one with an instructor to build strength, increase flexibility, heal injuries or reduce stress. Sessions are available with our certified yoga and Pilates instructors.

I love to help people find the connection between their minds and bodies. I work with people of all shapes, sizes and physical abilities. Some are athletes looking to increase flexibility, some are folks living with chronic pain, some are individuals who want to improve their strength and overall quality of life. At any age and at any level of fitness, I believe we can continue to feel better and move through our days more easily and with greater enjoyment.

I incorporate Pilates principles throughout my daily life and continue to build on my teacher training with advanced education, including a restorative exercise specialist program focusing on alignment and biomechanics of natural movement. One of my favorite quotes is, “Don’t die before discovering all that your body is truly capable of!” Our bodies are far more malleable and self-healing than we might realize, and I love helping people look beyond mainstream fitness when it comes to lifelong, sustainable health and wellness. My goal is to keep people safe while challenging them to progressively build strength, flexibility and mobility.

Specialties: Beginning and advanced stroke development, competitive swimming
Experience: 13 years of competitive swimming, eight years of teaching swimming lessons
I have been swimming competitively for more than a decade and swam for a Division III college. I enjoy seeing kids improve at such a rapid pace and really find their niche in competitive swimming. It is about the process. Moving in water can be awkward and really difficult but after some more experience, it can be a lifelong activity.
